I see your avatar - cool!
The site uses caching, so sometimes a change like that might take time to appear.

I've had problems using jpg via the web before with avatars. Try changing to tiff format. I always wind up doing that I think.

CDG - See your new avatar now? I do.
    I made a cache adjustment.

I do, I do, thank you.

Now I need to shrink it or skew so my favorite bug eyed headlights show. Is that going to mess up the adjustment you made?

Any new avatar should appear without delay after you change it - that will be a good test.

Now I am seeing the entire front end, so I don't have a need to change anything. :D

CDG: You could animate your avatar so that it appears to be driving up. A series of 4 or 5 images starting from zoomed out to zoomed in would give that illusion. If you don't have a GIF animator app, see this article or see this video.

    Great idea KJ.

If and when the weather ever becomes conducive to parking my car on the driveway and taking a series of pictures I will give it a try.
