Authenication Failed

    Hi anytime I try to get on the internet with my phone to download ringtones or anything it gives me that authenication failed thing.... Anyone help me out!!! I want to download some ringtones but its not let me

    1) Make sure you have your Internet feature setup properly with Cingular.

    2) Make sure you create an account at www.mywirelesswindow.com from your computer.

    3) Use that name and password you created to login through your phone.

    I tried that I have put my username and password in like at cingular on my phone but I still get authenication failed....

    call cingular to get the user name and password, the one you setup at www.mywirelesswindow.com is not the one that you need programmed in your phone.

    i have a 3595 from at&t don't get that notice but it takes forever when connected and disconnects sometimes for no reason
