I just spoke w/ a Verizon rep (who knows if they are right or not), and he said the 19c is the same as the 19d, except the 19d is ONLY a flash upgrade for the 17p. He said it DOES NOT come on a new phone, it's only a flash upgrade. The new phones that they are shipping out still have 19c on them. He also said that it doesn't fix the saving-pics-as-wallpaper problem. I don't want to believe that but has anyone else heard this also?

I agree... go to the VZW store on 21st and 5th Ave in NYC. But ask for the manager right off the back, the customer service reps behind the desk don't know squat. The girl who helped me didn't know about the new software and asked me how I found out. I simply gave her the url for this site.
