At&T Wireless... Please help!!!!

    At&T Wireless... Please help!!!!

    Does anyone have the number to At&T wireless corporate offices. As i'm still having alot of trouble with them, I have already contacted the BBB back in Oct and have yet to get a response from At&T.

    Who else can I file a complaint with?

    I just figured out how to file a complaint with the FCC online, Maybe now ill get somewhere.

    I had major problems with this company back in Sept. I contacted the Calif PUC and the FCC. I also went on line to their corp site and sent and e-mail to the president of AT&T. Within 48 hours I had a phone call from a VP in Redmond Washington and my problem was solved within 2 hours.

    Now I am FREE OF AT&T and very happy with Verizon. Remember rumor has it that AT&T is buying Verizon. Now how will that fare out with SBC owning 60% of Cingular??

    You have some of your facts mixed up Computerteacher. AT&T and Verizon are not merging. There is rumors that sometime in 2004 Cingular Wireless might try to buy out or merge with AT&T Wireless though. As far as SBC is concerned they have no stake in AT&T or Verizon. They just own 60% of Cingular while BellSouth controls the other 40.
