AT&T says customer data accessed to unlock smartphones

    AT&T says customer data accessed to unlock smartphones | ITworld

    This would explain a number of posts I've seen over on AT&T forums where people said they were denied an unlock request due to exceeding the maximum number of unlocks allowed on account, despite this being their first unlock request.
