Okay so I have a RAZR that was used with a local cell service before I switched to AT&T. Everything works except for MMS and Internet. There is a place where you can manually input a web address to access your carrier's server and its still set to the older carrier. Does anybody know AT&Ts web address so I can enter it in my phone?

This is mostly true, only the device tutorial says the settings you need to change are in menu > settings when they're actually Menu > web access. I have to support this kinda thing atleast once a week on razrs so I knew about that bit, the settings that are in the tutorial are correct though.

You might want to try this to see if it would work:

    AT&T/Cingular Self-Care Device Configuration

I just used this last night to get web access on my unbranded SE Z520a.

The two options you are trying to add are available for configuration on this site.

    Good luck.

Sometimes that site gives an error as soon as you hit the Submit button. The error persists until you use a different phone long enough for that phone to show up in OLAM.
