Does anyone know if or when AT&T Wireless will ever provide GSM coverage the rest of the State Of Florida that is TDMA?

All of AT&Ts licensed Florida areas have launched GSM service. I suspect you are referring to the pocket of the state from Gainesville to Tallahassee. AT&T does not own a license in these markets (yet) and therefore coverage is provided on the TDMA side via US Cellular.

Your most likely hope for GSM in these markets will occur late next year or early in 2004, when Cingular launches GSM across the state. At that point, your AT&T GSM phone will roam on Cingular GSM.
