    I open up"opportunity contact list",it said:no available dealer opportunitys in Atlanta. I don't think it is right.

    They only allow a certain amount of authorized dealers in any particular area. Sounds like Atlanta already has all available dealer opportunities sold.

    it gives said person the ability to sell ATT cel services for a commission
