Here's a phone that has been overlooked. Large battery, great processor, 6.4" screen, rotating camera https://www.asus.com/us/Phone/ZenFone-6-ZS630KL/
Certainly interesting. As is OnePlus 7 Pro, at least with the $150 off deal. I felt almost insane buying the Pixel 4 XL over that
I had the Asus Zenfone 2 with the Intel processor for a while, and it was a nice phone. I never had any major problems with it. The dual SIM card was fun to play with in France.
Yes, I remember you posting about that phone a while back. So what came first, Asus gave up on Intel or Intel gave up on mobile chips? Can't remember now…
I looked into this phone when I was shopping for my phone last month. I narrowed it down to three phones, the Xiaomi Mi Mix3, the Xiaomi 9t pro and the Asus Zenfone 6. My criteria were, among others, full screen display and cost under $500. I ended up with the Mi Mix3 because if I remember correctly, the Zenfone 6 was missing some key LTE bands needed here, at least for AT&T. I am sure the Zenfone is excellent, and I really liked the cool motorized camera implementation, but make sure it will work in your areas and for your carrier before buying.
