By the way, Cingular has just started shipping the replacement V600 to customers. This is two weeks before anticipated. There's a chance they will restart selling it again.

How do you like the HS810? I have the Jabra FreeSpeak 250 and if it doesn't have a perfect line-of-sight connection it crackles... debating returning it to AT&T.

I like it so far. It actually makes talking on the phone a tolerable experience. I have read similar complaints about the Jabra that you are experiencing so you may want to return it after all. i'll let you know more after I have used it for a few days.

    That would ne nice. :D

I have heard good things about the 810 headset. It seems to pair up really well with most phones. It would be a nice accessory for my ultimate combo 6620 & V600. :D

Well, I have used the HS810 for a few days now and I must say I love the thing! It is great. I certainly like it better than the Jabra one I had (for non-BT phones).

I just picked one up today with a Cingular V600 (too many calls going to VM :( ), I can't wait to try it. I have heard it pairs nicely with the 6600/6620 too. :)

Were the calls going to VM on Sprint or TM?

VM problems were with Sprint :(

BTW, what firmware did you use on your V600. :)

I figured it was Sprint but I didn't want to make any assumptions. ;)

I am using TRIPLETS_G_0B.09.4AR firmware and flex version GIV600000AA0E9.

Yeah, getting rid of all the Cingular crap on the phone and basically making it an OEM model was the best thing I have done with the phone.

Same here, I want to get rid of the Vodafone firmware I have on my V525 in the near future. I don't like the menu appearance. It doesn't compare to the OEM firmware flex.

I just wish that all GSM carriers would start selling phones with OEM firmware. Most of the time it's all the changes & crippling they do with the firmware that makes most phones unstable, and the V600 is a perfect example.
