    Here are my versions.

Are they current? Does anyone know if you have to purchase the USB connection pack or can the store do this?

    Software - TC4VZ04
    PRL - PRL 50067
    ERI - ERI 50018
    Browser - 4.1.26L
    Get It now - 1.1.4.3

    Thanks if you know!!

The new software lowers how loud the phone can be? Is that for the speaker or all sounds?

Updating the PRL before you leave town is the best way to do it i think. I don't think it changes that often (once every few weeks, MAYBE...?)

As for the new version lowering the ringers I have it (V 06) and I haven't noticed it lowering them that much. I listen to the car radio loud and I can still hear the phone over my radio...sometimes[IMG]

hey all! I have heard that newer versions had lower tones (prolly due to some complaints?GEE...) I think the ringers and tones are right on, except......most downloaded tones are too low, i'm using 50 cent "in da club", which i love and turns headz, but, i can barely hear it(can't win them all??!!)

I just got bitpim working perfectly but noticed the firmware on my 4400 is v.04. If I take the phone in to get the firmware upgraded to v.06, will I have any probems getting bitpim to work? Another way to ask the question: Is anyone having a problem running the latest version of bitpim on a 4400 with the 06 firmware? -Thanks.

07 should be available in late June, according to the LG Rep I spoke to 2 weeks ago. She wouldn't elaborate, but i believe this update will include a fix for the missed call notification feature amonst other improvements

i hope it fixes the missed call notification, that'd be awesome. I'd like the phone a lot more if they fixed it in ver. 07. Call me a pessimist, but I have my doubts they will address this!!!

The poblem is that it only works if you have the reminders set to vibrate. Menu 3-->7-->4-->1 You'll see the other reminders say 'low beeps' or 'loud beeps' or whatever. I assumed when I bought the phone that since beepS is plural it would happen more than once. I was obviously mistaken, but thats what you get for assuming and you know what they say. When you assume it makes an ___ out of you and me.
