This is on a Sanyo 4900.

My phone battery is not lasting as long as it used to, and I plan on buying a new one soon, but I'm still wondering if there's a way to have the battery charging while surfing the internet with the USB cable.

I looked at some "battery eliminators", but the only ones I saw plug into a cigarette lighter.

What I'm looking for is a way to have the phone plugged in to the wall by my computer while connected to the computer through the USB cable...

I've also seen other phones that can be charged by your computer's USB cable, but I can't find anything for the Sanyo 4900 that does this.

    Thanks in advance!

You can get a charging cable from Gomadic for $14.95. Or you can get a desktop charger directly from Sanyo that lets you use your current USB cable and travel charger. It's $59.99 though. - sheureka
