This is going out to any sprint PCS reps out there that can help me with my problem I am i a big disspute with them over a bill. It is to the point where there collection dept is calling me 3xs a day and i keep telling them what the problem is and its just falling on deaf ears. It was a shame i was a loyal sprint costumer for years and i got treated like crap. Now its getting worse and i am getting nowhere so i need some Help.

    Thanks Joe

i doubt any sprint reps on these forums can help you. It seems like a problem that you must resolve with the collections department. What is your problem anyway?

The problem is a dispute over approx 800mins. They said i went over my plan by 800 mins. which is impossible. I faxed mailed and brought in person to a sprint store a copy of my bill. I had a 1000mins and 1000 nights and weekends for about 4 years. on the bill it does not show me going over my minutes but according to sprint i did. according to my records and after adding up all the used mins on my statement i get that i used only 600 mins. not only did i not go over i was left with approx 400 mins on my plan. and then after i cancelled on aug 10th they sent me another invoice stating that i went over another 400 mins. there is something wrong with the billing on sprints end but they wont budge. Who in charge can i write to or call to rectify this matter. Because as far i am concered sprint can me to court and let the judge sought this out. Its a shame because i was sattisfied with sprints service and would like to get my account active again and use them as my primary provider. but it looks like that is never going to happen

try posing your problem to executive services. if you are in the right they should take care of you. good luck and I hope if sprint is in error that they straighten it out.
