Any one else not received their bill for this month yet?

    My billing cycle ends on the 2nd. of each month and the payment is usually due around the 27th. I haven't received my bill yet and OLAM does not show the bill either.

    So, I called Cingular CS and they tell me that this was a known problem and the bills are going to be late with a later due date.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    My family's bill wasn't late, but it is sure messed up. My mom is going to have to call Cingular and get it straightened out. :(

    I have mine set up with autopay from my business checking account. I don't pay attention when it comes. I usually don't even open it because I've already checked it online before it arrived.

    I still haven't received mine, and it is due on January 6th or 7th.

    I am going to call tomorrow and see if it has been sent out. If I haven't gotten it by next Wednesday, I will just go into a local store and pay it. I rather do that, than do it online and have something go wrong. :rolleyes:

    I called Cingular again today. This time I seem to get a more caring & knowledgable person. He said that there was a problem which affected about 300 people nationwide but it has been solved.

    My case is obviously not related and somehow is not generating the new bill and is showing "zero" balance. He said that he sent my case to the techs that support the billing department and I will hear latest by January 4.

    He also said my account will be readjusted so that I don't get 2 bills together.

    I still have to see how it goes but atleast it seems to be going in the right direction.

    This the hardest I have had to work for someone to bill me. :rolleyes:

    I still don't have my bill or see it on OLAM. My next bill should be generated 1/04/06. maybe I will get 2 of them together.:rolleyes:

    Well I still don't have my bill. My trouble ticket is closed out because by bill isn't due yet....what?????? It is my December bill not the January one....:banghead:

    So I just paid $65 dollars w/o a bill, then atleast 2 months won't get bunched together, and now my balance due is ($65.00).

    Ok, now I have had it. I just got a call from Cingular informing me that since my billing cycle starts on the 3rd. my next bill will not be generated before 2/04/05.

    Aaaagh I haven't had a bill since mid November.....


    Please somebody give me an idea who to contact, obviously CS is not helping.

    I have paperless billing Charlyee and that arrived on time, if that is your balance and maybe this is a stupid question why don't you pay your bill online? Unfortunately CS is the only one who can help and to be honest although polite they seem so misinformed whenever you call about an issue. Good luck

    Thanks Joe, I can not pay my bill on line because there is no bill. I don't have an outstanding balance I have a credit of $65 with them because I paid them in December without a bill and my balance due was $0.00

    Hey Charlyee maybe people from this forum contacted Cingular and had your bill put on hold until you post your picture (see I do read other parts of the forum) ;)

    Actually noticed on my on-line bill this morning when I click on data summery I get

    "Due to the recent change in your rate plan, we are unable to display usage information until after your next billing cycle begins on 02/03/06."

    Seems kind of strange as my data plan has not changed, that I am aware of, guess have to wait and see. :headscrat But my on-line bill is there an appears be correct.

    No you don't, I did post my picture this morning.....:D .

    Thanks, my data summary has been saying that since November, and I haven't changed my data plan since October. Ofcourse no paper bill or on-lone bill yet. Cingular has been calling me daily to tell me they are working on it but no resolution yet. Seems like you and I have the billining cycle dates.

    Send a PM to bobolito he should be able to give you a few numbers to call to hopefully get this resolved.

    My family is done with Cingular, we just ported over my mom's & my sister's numbers over to Sprint yesterday. Just too many billing issues the last few months. Some were self inflicted (my other sister), but others were from bad CS reps looking to pad Cingular's wallet a bit more. :mad:

    Good luck getting it fixed, it took them 6 months to get mine fixed when I had this problem back in 2003, after the second month without a bill, I would call a couple of times a week, and for the most part, nobody could see anything wrong. Then finally I talked to someone who was able to fix it, the entire time it showed I owed zero, but then I got all 6 months bills in a matter of 2 weeks.
