Any new Verizon PPT phones?!

    Anyone know when verizon is coming out with new PPT phones besides the v60!??! I heard they are coming out with a new one by the end of the month, but are they gonna really try and "push" their PPT service with more then 1 or 2 phones!?!?

    The Samsung A690 should be out anytime, though no one seems to have a solid date for it. Also, the next Moto PTT phone, the T300p, will hopefully be out around Christmas. Other than that, I have not seen anything about any other new PTT models.

    Audiovox, LG, Motorola, Samsung and possibly Kyocera are making PTT phones for Verizon. I don't expect to see them until next year.

    Kyocera only recently announced that they are going to begin developing PTT phones, so we DEFINITELY won't see any from them for a while. I know LG has been talking about it for a while, but I don't know how far they are in the process. I haven't heard anything about Audiovox doing PTT models.

    Audiovox will launch a ruggadized PTT, LG will also launch a phone for vzw, and moto is coming out with a low-end ruggadized phone....Kyocera has announced, but I have not heard anything directly from them yet.

    I would agree with that cause it would probably be best for them to get one phone working with the Network first and iron the bugs out so they know what to tell maufacturers to look for and so they know exactly how to test it.

    Yep, It's going to be next year...they (VZW) was pushing for another, but put it back into testing.
