    Excerpt:

    The article notes one report of this is biased towards Android and states there's another report backing up the same prediction.

    In any case, the Android Market is growing quickly, apparently faster than the Apple App Store. We'll see if this prediction really pans out...

    Didn't Apple come out and say a few weeks back that they no longer cared about the # of apps, but that they wanted to focus on quality? Of course, that its probably partly true, and partly because Android was catching up so fast.

    And there's the rub; Android may have a lot of apps, but there's a LOT of crap out there. I'd rather see quality apps, than sheer volumes of useless junk.
