    Anybody else see that?

    Interesting. I did get the main Amazon page in 1 out of about 5 tries, but then when I went to search for something, I got the HTTP error each time. Looks like a pretty serious outage if Amazon is unavailable for 15 minutes. How many data centers must they have? How many racks of servers? How many redundant Internet connections, UPS backups and generators? If Amazon can't stay up, something is pretty wrong. Could be a DoS attack, I guess.

    Worked the first 4 times I tried, then bailed. Waiting a bit restores it for a while.
