Did Alltel change its policies on the prepaid Pay Per Minute plan? It used to be that you didn't have to put more talk time into the phone unless you wanted it. I looked at the Alltel site today and it's talking about how if you put in $20-$44.99 you have a Service Period of 60 days.

Alltel shouldn't have changed their plan for existing users. They should have also notified the users about the change.

This only effects new customers that signed up after the change. Not existing customers.
