One issue that I have heard that it is intended to resolve is some roaming issues in Minnesota.

Also, I believe it adds some SIDs in Missouri people were being charged on that they shouldn't have been.

What kind of roaming issues were arising in Minnesota? I haven't had much trouble. On a recent trip to NV (Las Vegas), AZ and part of CA, I was extremely pleased with the service. It seemed to have the ability to get service where even Verizon phones were out of luck. I cannot think of one time I needed the phone and wasn't able to make a call. The voice mail and texting worked flawlessly, as well.

Missouri, Minnesota and western markets were updated. Heritage markets did not change

Thank you! Assuming 206 is still the latest PRL to have?

206 is still the current Alltel PRL... unless you have an EV-DO device or unlimited plan.

Yes. A "step down" from the National Freedom plan is the Greater Freedom plan, which is, essentially, a local plan. If you are based in Ohio and are now in Florida, your roaming will not be covered and you can expect to see a large bill. Your current coverage area is only Ohio, western PA and western WV.

Total Freedom is still available. You just have to ask for it from what I hear.

That's correct. With a National Freedom plan, as long you have a "home" or flashing "roam" indicator, you shouldn't be billed for roaming.

You only get billed for roaming when the "roam" indicator is sold (not flashing.)
