Talk about a battery killer. Why bother paying to listen to digital audio over a poor mobile phone handset speaker? I guess I am out of touch with this generation that want features on their phone because tech allows it, not because it is productive or useful.
you can get a stero headset and listen to it that way. we have one for 24.99 that has a mic on it too so you can use it for music and to talk
but will it have the same problems i had with the other radio. it would cut out every few seconds. it was never a continuous stream. I ended up removing the app because it was so bad.
"XM Radio Mobile, $7.99 a month plus airtime" I could actually see myself using that when i'm jogging... but that's about it. I'm a little scared that it uses airtime... I would only be able to use it during N&W's. Pretty cool tho.
You got that right! Another thing -- you're charged airtime for the XM service, too. Listen to a couple hours worth of radio each day and your airtime will be used up. DOH! I've always wondered why people would play games on their phone. I have 2.6Ghz PC with a 19" monitor at home. Why would I play anything on a V710 display? Is that kind of thing for mass transit commuters or am I missing something?
