i have a palm treo 700wx and the internet hasnt been working for about 2 days now. i dont know why it hasnt and i called alltel and they said its because of sprint because there internet is affecting ours but my gf's internet works on her phone and she has alltel. can somone please help me fix my internet because the alltel people arent much help yet. thanks
have you tried pressing your soft reset on the back of the phone (tiny hole for your stylus to the left of the battery) this is basically a reboot just like your home pc. other wise if you are in your home area dial *228 hit send and the automated system will tell you to press 2 to update roaming towers. if those 2 things do not work call #3282 from your g/f alltel phone so you can troubleshoot with advanced tech support on your phone, i have the wx for about 6 months now so if you have any questions, let me know.
