Alamosa PCS to be bought by Sprint!

    The largest Sprint PCS affilate Alamosa will be bought for 3.4 billion!!

    Yeah rub it in why don't you. ;) I happened to be out all day today working with no computer access. :(

    By the way I'd rather see Sprint pick up Ubiquitel PCS next.

    Aren't Horizon and IPCS the same company now?

    Good, Alamosa mis-represents Sprint in my opinion.

    Yes iPCS is owned by Horizon, but they call themselves as iPCS.

    Ubiquitel PCS is another company I would like to see go as well.
    Here in Logan last I knew they still charged $10 for free roaming and the 50% rule still applies. :pissed:

    Ubiquitel PCS here in CA is actually a very good company. They have built out their network very well and have a good reputation here.
