This means when your contract expires, and then you can sign another one or stay out of contract on/after that date.

    Any other questions just ask.

I thought you just signed up for the plan? So Sero plans have a 2 month time frame for contracts?

You may want to delete your account number from the attachment. I guess this was an oversight.

From what I have read on other forums. Their have been some errors with the new system with contract end dates. If you really need to know just call CS.

I think it was just an error. I'm sure that it will be corrected soon.

Was your account recently converted to Ensemble? I could write a book about weird system glitches and the conversion process.

As I'm told, Sprint is in the process of switching accounts over to the Ensemble billing system that was used by nextel because it's better overall than the old Sprint billing system... This change has generated a few problems and glitches with a VERY small percentage of accounts (this is what they tell me, I don't know if it's true or if they just want me to shut up and stop calling them). My account fell victim to the problems last month... finally got them resolved after literally 30-40 calls to all divisions of customer service. Apparently SERO has issues with Ensemble that cause it to do all kinds of weird stuff.
