one of my friends was telling me that he can log onto his Verizon account and change is plan each month if he is using alot of minutes he changes his plan and then if he is using less he changes back down can someone please tell me if this is true or not and if so does any other providers do this ?
Promotional plans are the ones that can trigger a contract renewal. Again it depends on the plan. Otherwise Verizon does not extend contracts for normal plan upgrades and downgrades.
Sorry, if this is redundant or if my ignorance level is higher than normal, at the moment, but I am able to "alter" my plan. I am toward the end of my contract (Alltel). Is this the reason for this action? Or is this due to me being a former Alltel customer? When I look at my account, I can upgrade all of our phones (family plan) and choose different options for the plan. I am also able to assess our usage and determine the plan that might best fit our needs. Is this an option that will disappear when our plan is renewed or upgraded? Just curious.
