Usually, Amazon.com offers $150 rebate if someone purchases a phone with a one year(or more) service plan. And the corresponding carrier also gives $50 mail in rebate.

If I terminate that contract before the end of the term, should I return those rebates?

Of course, I know an early termination fee (around $200) will be charged by the carrier If I break the contract.

But, what will happen to those rebates?

If I have to return those, how much should I pay?

I believe those rebates might require a 90 day service period!!

At least... I've seen rebates that require as long as 120 days.
