    Hello,

I own a number of properties in NYC, all without cell antennas on the roofs.

I've been trying to locate the right company/person but all I've found is AAT Communication.

Does anyone have any recommendations for dealing with AAT Communication as a broker between myself and telecom companies wishing to put cell antennas on building's roofs?

    Or, is there an alternative?

I've tried to deal directly with all of them, and they all put up enormous barriers to actually speaking with someone who can say yes or no to a particular location.

    Thank you,

    John

Typically the companies approach property owners, not the other way round.

John; have you given the cell companies information about your buildings like, location, height, latitude/longitude? They look at as much information as possible. Also you might want to contact Crown Castle or American Tower and give them your information.:D

I didn't realize that the telcom companies typically approach property owners, and not the other way. Do you know if that's the case in NYC, where it's often quite difficult to get in touch with property owners?

I would love to give them all the info (address, height, etc.), but I've found it impossible to get to someone who will take that info.

Do Crown Castle and American Tower broker these leases, like AAT? Do they work in NYC?

    Thanks very much.

Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for, but Google gives me http://forums.cingular.com.
