    right on we're actually interviewing for leads and a supervisor now...id go for the lead position, but that requires at least 1yr in WDTS. go figure i have the skills, but only been there for 3 months now. ooh well next time..

    The pay is good actually, compared to other wireless providers. Excellent benefits, too.
