    Hello,
I downloaded Livin it up by Ja Rule off the a500hacking.com website, and now it won't delete off my phone. It also gives me a "Sound Play Failure" when I try to play it. I just want to get it off my phone but it won't let me erase it. I don't want to have to initalize my phone over this. Any suggestions? Anybody else have this problem?

    Peace
    -Sean

I can hear someone at sprint laughing at us right now... "Thats what they get for not downloading from OUR SITE"

Im just amazed at all the hoops we have to jump through just to customise our phones. Every other company out there then its as easy as "drag and drop" but not sprint...

I just called Sprint PCS customer service about this problem, but I had the problem with a ringer I downloaded from THEIR site, which I PAID for (The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly ringer). They told me to get the software upgrade (I had V.03) and that it may or may not fix the problem. I went to my local Sprint store, got the upgrade (V.10), still have the same problem.

The only way to delete it is to delete all of the ringers (option 4 on the menu while on the Ringers screen). This will get rid of it.

Remember - Vision and the 3G network is just getting off the ground. Recommend that everyone have a little patience and allow a cutting edge company some room to push the envelop and make all of our lives better. I'm sure the first land line telephones that rolled out in the 1800's weren't the most reliable systems either, but look where we are today.

GO TO THE "DOWNLOADS" OPTION FROM THE MAIN MENU, FROM THE "DOWNLOADS" MENU SELECT "RINGER", THIS WILL BRING UP A LSIT OF ALL THE DOWNLOADED RINGERS, HIGHLIGHT THE ONE THAT DOES NOT WORK, PRESS HE MENU BUTTON, A LITTLE POP UP MENU WILL APPEAR, HIGHLIGHT "ERASE" AND PRESS OK.... THAT SHOULD WORK.
