Wow, what a goof up by both T mobile and the Town. I can't beleive that they messed up this bad by building it 8 feet away from a residential property.

I don't think anyone goofed up since it's being done on County property & will fall under their jurisdiction, just like the State can do some things without local approvals & can cause backlash like this with a community, in some area's they can over-ride the local goverments ordinances ect... (at least around here I know they can do this)

It's going to come down to a power play between the County & the Town, it's just a shame that the County didn't get in touch with anyone from the local building dept. to work with them on this & prevent this problem, as for T-Mobile I think they did everything right since they were dealing with the County & didn't have to deal with the Town for permits or planning board approvals, thinking the County did or would handle any jurisdiction issues.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are exagerating when they say '8 feet' to add drama to their complaints. It's probably more than that.
