4900 connecting at 115Kbs only

I finally got my future dial working, but never at more than 115Kbs on my Vision plan. Is my 4900 set wrong? I live in a small town and thought it was because the network was a 2G network, but it works the same in Orlando as well.

Can I ask Sprint about it or will they cut off my service because I'm using it for limited internet browsing while on the road?

The average speeds are between 80 and 100 kbps. But check the speed on a site like DSL Reports. - sheureka
