I believe there will be both GSM and CDMA versions of all Motorola's flagship phones in the near future. There are GSM and CDMA versions of the V3, and I see no signs they won't continue that trend.
Hmmmm... bored at work and doing some digging on the FCC site... found this, which, according to the RF Exposure Report is a, "handheld computer with GSM, Bluetooth and WLAN." GSM is 850 & 1900. It also says, "powered by Ada Plus," which is a computer programming language... I don't know what that means, in reference to what this device can and cannot do. Motorola filed a confidentiality request with the FCC for this mobile device, for lack of a better term, since we don't really know what it is at this point. However, on page two of the FCC ID Label Info you can see it is some sort of handheld. Also, you can see a removable memory card slot and, I believe, the red thing in the top right is a stylus. (At first I thought it might have been an antenna.) If the red thing is a stylus, that implies it is some kind of high-end smart phone, with touch screen technology. Could this be the much anticipated 'GSM Q?' (Since, as we now know, the GSM 'Q' won't be 'Q-like' at all, nor will it be called 'Q.') It does not appear thin, like the RAZR or Q, but very narrow. I guess we have to wait until the confidentiality period expires before we will know for sure.
Upon further review, I am more certain this is some kind of GSM smart phone. The FCC classification is listed as, "licensed portable transmistter held to ear," and some of the test results have a field listed as, "SD Card," so it does, indeed, have removable memory. Also, on the RF test the devices model number is listed at HC700G/F3133A, which may or may not be the model number when/if the device is released. The plot thickens. EDIT: Apparently, I'm a Johnny-come-lately, this device, the Motorola HC 700, was reported in both MobileMag and Gizmodo last year. Well, at lest I know I'm getting better at interpreting limited information from the FCC website, since everything I speculated on was actually true.
