Just curious, but how long did you guys have to wait to hear back from him? I sent him a PM in early December and then again a couple of days ago. Is a month or two a normal time to wait for a reply?

    TIA

I was wondering the same. I sent a PM months ago and never heard anything. I ended up just forgetting. Then about a week and half ago I remembered and sent him another PM and still nothing. He must be very busy, but I can't complain, he is doing something nice that he doesn't have to do after all.

Just some questions for people with this discount since I don't want to bug OP since he's probably very busy:

    1) Does this discount work with SERO/EPRP (ie: has anyone on SERO/EPRP got this discount)?

    2) Does your billing cycle/due date change once the discount is applied (or does it stay the same as you left it)?

    3) What kind of information do you need to give OP in order to have this discount applied to your account (ie: name, address, SSN, account number, etc)?

If you don't wish to post the answers on a public forum, feel free to PM me. Thanks! :hellobye:

    Hello everyone,

I'm new so please bare with me. I love the idea of getting 20% off. Someone event posted 25%, which would be even better. Can anyone else confirm the 25%?

In the post above me, it says it works on EPRP/SERO. But throughout this post everyone is sure it works on SERO, but has anyone confirmed it works with EPRP? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hoping to get the discount. Does anyone know if it extends your contract?

I honestly don't know, but I have been on it since February of 2009 and no problems whatsoever, including an upgrade this February and the discount just automatically rolled over to the new contract.

That I don't know, I suppose it depends on his work load and how soon he sees your PM.

Good luck and welcome to WA. :)
