    This discount would be applied to your monthly statement for as long as you have the account, PM for more info if you would like, I would rather not post my info on a thread :p

    ya..it would just override it though, so you would have a flat 20% instead of 10% +20% if that was the case then everyone would have free phone bills!

    Does this require a contract renewal? Are there any catches to this? Would we still pay our bill to Sprint the same as always?

    From what I am told, this does not require any sort of contract renewal, and there are no catches. Send him a PM, i think you will be happy.

    Me to, odds are that he just missed the PM. He got back to me right away, and we took care of everything else over email. He actually ended up getting me a 25% discount.

    Haha, I would never ask anybody to add a line, that's a little obvious in what I am trying to do...and the only reason I bring up upgrading is because discounts usually come with promotional pricing on certain phones, thats all :p

    Well, I sent a PM to dwl1 on Saturday evening & by Sunday morning I had the instructions as to what is required to add the discount.
    As my bill was just rendered on the 7th, I won't be able to see anything until the April invoice.
    I must say a very painless transaction.
