During my quest for the perfect phone, I wondered....suppose I get a Samsung S105 with a T-mobile plan, then when the Nokia 5100 or 7250 (yum) comes out, I can get an unlocked phone and pop the SIM card in there. Could I interchange the cards between phones whenever I pleased and keep the same number, same address book, etc?

That's one of the major benefits of going GSM. You may have to go into the phone programing to make sure addy book and such are being saved to the sim-card, but otherwise, YUP.

Now, I don't think you meant 5100 when you said 5100.... [IMG]

That is so great...can't wait until the new nokias come out! And I did mean 5100 (http://nokia.com/nokia/0,,4508,00.html), however, I looked on ebay to see if there were any available (there are 7250s available), and evidently there's an old nokia by the same name. How confusing.
