I now have the lgvx 8300 but want to upgrade to a larger phone for texting and web. I have americas choice but was told to get nationwide and the web would be much better. Is this true? I cant get the same answer from two people at verizon. Thanx...Dave:googlyeye
The web will be the same thing if you get the unlimited data for $15.00. If you don't, web usage will be charged as airtime (Minutes) on the America's Choice, and 1.99/ mb on the Nationwide plan. The Nationwide does have an Unlimited Messaging to all networks option, whereas with America's Choice you are limited to Unlimited IN Messaging and a certain number to other networks
Unlimited messaging is not on all Nationwide plans though. It is not part of the Nationwide Basic plan, but is on all tiers above that (Select, Connect and Premium). If you don't want to pay the per MB charge on a Nationwide plan, you can either add the VPAK ($15/month) on a Basic or Select plan, or take a Connect or Premium plan which has unlimited data built in. Of course for a Connect and especially a Premium plan, you have to a have a phone capable of being used on that plan.
