No idea who would need a 1TB MicroSD card, but they are available now from SanDisk, but they are pricey https://shop.sandisk.com/store/sdiskus/pd/productID.5312044100/varProductID.5312044100
If you're skiing a whole day with a GoPro and recording non-stop in 4K perhaps you could use one? No idea what the size of 4K video is per minute, maybe even that is not enough
Interesting. Let's check that out/ GoPro using 4K should use between 3.5 to 7 GB per hour depending on the resolution one is recording at.(I'm guessing 3840x2160 is the highest) At 7 GB per hour, their highest resolution, one would have 143 hours of recording time, or 6 days of recording 24 hours a day with a 1 TB MicroSD card I think my math is right 1000 GB = 1 TB
SanDisk’s Extreme lineup of microSD cards advertise 160MB/s read and 90MB/s write speeds, and its new high-capacity card follows suit. As such, it’s the better choice over SanDisk’s Ultra microSD card if you capture a lot of 4K video. File transfers and load times should be a little quicker, too. If you’re interested in getting one of these 1TB microSD cards, you should make sure that your device is compatible. doesn’t put a cap on on card sizes accepted by the Switch, though Amazon’s Fire tablets top off at 256GB of microSD storage.
