i think the service all depends...in certain areas, my reception (t-mobile) is better than my boyfriend's (verizon) and in others it's not...for...
I got the white insert also...thank goodness too, i thought i would be stuck with verizon forever! i didn't want to pay the $175 termination fee...
Verizon is perfect for SLO...my entire 4 years down there, I never had a dropped call, and I almost always had full reception anywhere in the area...
