    BitPim, get rid of Verizon Wireless Banner.

    I don't know how to tell what S/W version I have but in the phone info screen it says S/W Version TC4VZV04. I guess that probably means version 4

    I used winhex today to remove the verizon wireless banner and did a *228 tonight and it updated successfully. I was also all over Long Island...

    Why can't you do phone updates once you take the Verizon Wireless Banner out, and if you put the original eri.bin file back in should you be able...
