    hey when you sent your phone in and they upgraded the software did you lose all of your contact information in the phone or was it still there?

    thanks for all the replies. the battery isn't the problem although that has happened frequently. i drop the phone and the battery doesn't fit snug...

    a few months after i bought my nokia 3360 it started restarting (turning on and off by itself). it only did it occasionally so i paid no attention...
