    did I do that?...or does my phone need repair?

    Yeah...I'm sure it is...I sent an email to nokia support...I just hate to admit that I may have pressed the wrong buttons at that wrong time...

    I have a nokia 3360 on which the bottom of the display is blocked out..so that I can't see the menu options..."menu.....names"...it's not a huge...
