    what kind of screw is that? would you need to take it to verizon to have it removed? I thought that it was an external antenna port for the car...

    How easily can the base of the antenna be changed on the v60c to the one on the v60i? I know it makes the antenna ALOT sturdier when it's down....

    Take it into a Verizon Wireless Store, they will be able to update the software on it. I did it and then I was able to send text messages.
