    dropped 5350; jacked screen

    I just dropped my 5350 and the screen is JACKED. What are my options? I dont have "insurance" and I and a Sprint PCS user. THANKS!

    the cable I received was the serial converted cable. after working for 1 day, my computer wont recognize my phone when i plug it in to a USB port.
