This is a common problem with this model. Also very common with 3585s. I work for MetroPCS and we send back 10-20 per week with this problem.

3586i - NO WEB BROWSER

I have a 3586i but not for US cellular- Mine has the web browser, this means that US Cellular ordered them that way on purpose- that sucks
