    Can I use the built in modem in Siemens S46 to dial up my ISP in TDMA area (outside the GSM/GPRS)?

    I want to connect my lap top (has a built in analog modem) or PDA (also has an external analog modem) to a AT&T cell phone to get my e-mail form...
