    Cingular Launches "Home-On-Home Roaming" in portions of PA/NJ

    Ok, So does that mean that I can get 1900 mhz service in these areas or am I still reduced to 850 mhz while on cingular?

    Hello, I am thinking of buying a phone that works on the 1900mhz band and not the 850mhz band. Will that work in Philly with my Cingular...
