    A500 with SnapLink software?

    I went to futuredial's website and downloaded the SnapLink software and ordered their cable as well. Do I really need this software or can I use...

    Can't load a500 phone...

    The exact same thing happened to me the other day...I did the same thing you did (pull the battery) but let it sit for about 30 minutes before...
