Sounds like you got a bad store... is there another in your area? I myself am an employee and I assure you I've never heard of service like that....
There are other places that have that rebate and If you can bring something into a store you may even be able to get the phone at the 99.99 price.

As I said though you'd have to be on the same account. So I being on a differerant account couldn't track you... & again it does tell you when...
No if you use it you have to be on the same account and the phone your locating will receive a text says "you've been tracked"
Sprint just added a new feature, for 9.99 a month/phone you can use the GPS on every phone to locate your kid... I know I would of been happy...
