    Is the Contact Sync software different than SnapSync?

    So after opening the Sync software and it gets my phone book from the phone it should reboot the phone? Same thing goes with SnapMedia.

    Well it DID work on my 4900. However now all I'm getting when I start SnapSync is a "Service Required" message then the phone shuts off and turns...

    Hmmm, that's what I'm set for and it keeps bouncing me... Maybe it just doesn't work on a 4900... Anyone get it to work on a 4900?

    You could always try a USB to Serial converter with the USB Cable that is out now.
