    Sprint PCS website is back up: but no vision access

    You have to change your user ID on sprints web site under a vision log in...Then it will upload to your phone the name change...you need to leave...

    When you change your user name leave your phone on and dont use it..It will upload name change to your phone...Mine did it in 3 hours...
