E815 Gone!

I've had my E815 for 2 months now and I love it. I hate the Verizon UI, so I guess I got lucky and got one of the last non-verizon UI phones.

Today when I turned on my e815, the Verizon Wireless banner showed on the home screen for a minute and then went away. This never happened before....

You can block one number at VText.com but it must have a domain (number@_____.___). What should I enter?
